What do you do? What would you like to promote at the moment?

We help B2C businesses manage 100,000s of sales leads with a simple, easy-to-use customer relationship management (CRM) system, which focuses on workflow to automate and control processes.

Recently, we launched our scheduling tool, Appointments, which speeds up and simplifies the process of booking customer appointments. We also released our fact-finding tool, Journeys, which easily allows you to build forms to capture large amounts of data from customers in the format you want.

How did you hear about Business First? 

We heard about Business First through another business in the building.

Why did you decide to operate from our offices? 

It’s a nice building, good value for money and it’s in a convenient location.

600 square feet.

It has a reception service with friendly staff, and good meeting rooms.

Do you make use of the free facilities at Business First? 

Yes, we use the meeting rooms and the kitchens.

How has Business First helped you to run your business successfully? What’s the best thing about having an office at Business First? 

It provides everything we need to do business. Plus, it’s right off the motorway which makes it easy for us to get to our other office in Manchester City Centre. We also like being close to the Simply Classic Bistro!

Would you recommend Business First to other SMEs? If so, why? 

Yes, it ticks all the boxes and makes a great home for our business.

What’s next for your business?
