** Blackburn Gateway, Blackpool Technology Centre and Rochdale Crown Business Centre do not include electricity, they are individually metered which is the tenants responsibility.

The duration selected does not change the price offered, it simply gives us an idea of how long you will be with us.

Where applicable, a 50% discount is applied. After your discounted period, full prices will apply. A deposit of one month's rent is payable to reserve your space.

No fixed contracts apply and there is no minimum term to sign up to a Business First workspace. You will simply be required to sign a rolling contract which can be cancelled with a one month notice period at any time.
