Is there a deposit required?
Only one month's rent deposit is required to reserve an office at Blackburn Gateway, which is fully refundable when the office vacated and is returned to its original condition at the end of the tenancy. We pride ourselves on our easy in, easy out policy - one months deposit, one months notice to vacate!
Is Blackburn Gateway Business Centre secure?
Yes! We have 24-hour CCTV monitoring, an alarm system, and secure fob access to ensure only authorised individuals can enter.
What facilities are available at Business First Blackburn Gateway?
As a Business First tenant, you get exclusive access to premium facilities at all our business centres nationwide.
At Blackburn Gateway, all tenants have free boardroom use for professional meetings, mail handling, fully equipped kitchen, relaxing break area and secure 24-hour fob access to the building so you can work on your own time.
How flexible are your office contracts?
We offer a simple monthly rolling contract, just one month’s deposit to get started, and only one month’s notice required if you decide to move on.
