As a little thank you to all existing Business First tenants, we’re offering you the chance to get £250 off your rent when you recommend us to a friend. *

If you aren’t an existing tenant but know someone who would benefit from space here at Business First, we’ll treat you to a £75 Love2Shop voucher.

Fill in the refer a friend form with their contact details. We’ll contact them, and once they’ve signed an agreement, you’ll receive your reward.

*The incentive only applies to tenants who introduce a new business. It can’t be used for tenants wishing to take extra office space for their own business.

Terms & Conditions: The refer-a-friend promotion is a £75 reward voucher with Love2Shop, which will be sent to the referrer after the referred friend signs an agreement with Business First. We will contact individuals eligible for a reward following a successful referral to arrange delivery of the prize. To qualify for the £250 off your rental, the referred tenant will need to be with Business First for a minimum of 3 months after signing up.
